House Cleaning
How much it would cost to clean my
home?
We schedule free in-house quotes Monday
through Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
If you're unavailable during those hours
and have a friend or neighbor that could
open your home to us, we would be happy
to view your home and leave a quote
inside the home for you.
Many times it is possible that we can
collect enough information from you
right over the phone to give a fairly
accurate estimate of cost. If none of
these options work for you, contact us,
we'll find a solution.
Who will be cleaning my home?
An assigned team of trained
professionals will clean your home. Most
of our employees are well qualified and
have a long history with us. House
cleaning is performed in teams of two
or, most often, three. Each team works
under the direction of a Crew Leader.
All employees are insured, and bonded.
What time will the team be at my
home?
Our service hours are 7:30 a.m. – 11:00
p.m. However, if you have a need for a
particular time, or are not able to have
us arrive too early or too late, be sure
to communicate your preference and we
will make every effort to meet it.
What if something was not cleaned
properly?
Simply call within 24 hours. We’ll
return for a friendly redo. Satisfaction
is always guaranteed. We don´t have it
no other way!
Am I liable for worker's compensation
insurance or employment taxes?
Our Firm assumes that liability and pays
all insurance and tax related payments
for you.
What cleaning supplies and or
equipment do I need to supply?
None. Cleaning Services comes ready to
work.
Do I need to be home during the
service?
Cleaning Services doesn’t have a
preference. Most customers are not home
when we clean. Customers that are not
home typically give us a key. That key
is kept secured in our office until your
day of service. On your service day it
is entrusted to your Crew Leader and
then it’s returned to the office at the
end of the day. Our entry arrangements
can be made as well. But keep in mind,
Cleaning Services charges 30€ if we
arrive and cannot gain entry.
What if I need to change a service
day?
Not a problem, but please give us as
much notice as possible. A fee of 30€ is
charged if the teams arrives and are not
able to gain entry.
What happens when my service day
lands on a holiday?
We only observes Thanksgiving, Christmas
and Easter. If your scheduled cleaning
falls on one of those holidays, please
call to reschedule.
Should I tip the cleaning team?
Of course tipping is entirely up to you,
but most customers do not tip. The team
will most certainly not expect it.
Cleaning Services is concerned that if a
customer starts tipping it may become a
"rut" for them, not knowing how to stop,
so to speak. If you receive an
exceptional service and have the time to
call the office and or post it on the
many user review websites, you can be
sure the team will get praise for the
job well done. Stop in and check out our

How do I pay for the service?
Many customers find it convenient to pay
by Bankdraft or Check Other customers
simply leave a cash for the Crew Leader
to bring in.

Do you have gift certificates
available?
Yes. Gift certifications can be
purchased for the amount of 100€ or
more. The Receiver of the certificate
can use it for any one of our services.
